An annulment is a declaration by a Church tribunal (a Catholic church court) that a marriage thought to be valid according to Church law
actually fell short of at least one of the essential elements
required for a binding union.

The end or the dissolution of a marriage is one of the most painful and saddest experiences we face as human beings, especially as children of God.  

We are here to help you go through the process of an annulment of your prior marriage.  Our clergy and staff are committed to doing our best to advocate for you, to listen, and to guide you.

We recognize that each person's separation and/or divorce experience is different and unique and we will always support you throughout the process in prayer and with tenderness and compassion.
As much as we are here to diligently work through the complexities of a petition for nullity, we are also here to help you spiritually. 
 
Catholics are typically not well-versed on the annulment process until he or she is compelled to find out more.  There are many misconceptions about annulments and rather than create more confusion or anxiety, we encourage you to give us a call and make an appointment with our priests or deacon.
